Razer Goliathus Control Edition Gaming Mouse Pad Review

Got this along with my Razer Deathadder, and it's a perfect gaming mouse/pad combo if you are on a budget of less than $80.

The Packaging - Even though it's a mouse pad, Razer has put so much effort in packaging this thing which I really like and respect. It also has small opinions of this mouse pad by expert gamers, who, ofcourse highly recommend it.

As you can see, the Goliathus has heavily textured cloth to promote smooth and effortless sliding. The surface might feel a little rough if you touch it with your hands, but believe me, once you put your mouse on it, it just feels so smooth to glide the mouse across the pad. There are no vibrations or roughness while moving the mouse.

As you may or may not see (because the picture is blurry), there is pure rubber beneath the precious layer of Goliathus, although it does not bother me much, but it looks a bit cheap considering you are buying a gaming mouse pad from a reputed company like Razer.

The back of the pad is made of rubber, which is perfect, it does not move even by great forces made by hand. It just sticks to my desk.

Final Verdict - I think this mouse pad is perfect for you if you have a Razer Deathadder because it just goes so well with my mouse like the pad was especially made for Deathadder. But it works for mouses from different companies too, I just like it with my Deathadder. Overall great mouse pad, cheap and long lasting (I've had it for 5 months and it is still like new). Overall - 9/10 !

Razer Deathadder 3.5G Review

Hello guys, just got the New Razer Deathadder 3.5G gaming mouse to replace my old crappy Logitech mouse.

The Packaging - Razer is known for its awesome packaging and it was really so well packaged and tidy, clean that I was simply amazed. Almost all the information about the mouse is given on the box in a neat manner. Hmm.. I'm impressed !

You also get Razer stickers to stick on your case.. Awesome !

On first look, the mouse looks stylish and futuristic IMO. The feel and the quality is top-notch, as you'd expect from a $60 (Rs.2000) mouse. The first thing that I liked about this mouse is its ergonomics. I mean its so much comfortable that you would never want to keep your hands away from that mouse. I would like to say that this is the most comfortable mouse I've ever owned. The two buttons on the left side of the mouse just sticks to my thumb with ease.

The sensor on the mouse is really good, and just sits perfect with my Goliathus Control Edition mouse pad.
The mouse really slides well and I don't feel any vibration or roughness while sliding it.

The drivers that came with the mouse are good, you can change the DPI settings, light illumination, and basically everything that you want to do with the mouse. I use it at 3500DPI and lower the mouse sensitivity.

The glowing Razer logo just looks really cool and describes Razer's repute for gaming mouses.

Now, after using this mouse for about 5 months, I can say that I'm really impressed with this mouse and I would not regret it buying again and again. Really improved my gaming performance using this mouse and also for normal use. It's just better in every way than the average optical mouse and even competes with Logitech's high-end gaming mouse offerings.

Final Verdict - I would definately recommend this mouse to a gamer and even an average person because you will be amazed by its ergonomics and sheer looks. 10/10.
